They just lost to Celtics at home. I think they want Spurs to catch up a bit so that they may choose between #2 and #3 to avoid Rox.

it is suprising they lose to the celtics, but i doubt they are trying to avoid us. they just get up to play them b/c of their record i bet.

Garnett needs to do something in the playoffs before he starts lipping off to the rest of the league.

    Any given day ;)

I hate to say it, but the T'Wolves could slip into 3rd or 4th the way things are going. The Spurs didn't lose any ground while Duncan was out, and their remaining schedule is a lot easier than Minnesota's. It's a shame cuz the Spurs are one of the worst matchups the Rockets could have in the first round, and Houston seems stuck in 7th at this point(barring a complete collapse by Dallas).

We can get to the 6th or even the 5th seed if we play REALLY REALLY well down the stretch.

I'd kinda like to see us go against the Lakers in the first round. Kobe and Malone will probably be shaky on their injuries (we could just give Malone a good shot to the knee and take him out for the rest of the season). Also, we match up well against them.

Since I seriously doubt that we're gonna win a ring this year, I figure, if we're gonna go down, we should take out the Lakers before we do. Wouldn't it be great to see them lose in the first round? (emphasis on the words "see them lose")

2 wins over Grizz will put Rox right in the chase for #5 seed.
