Didn't get a chance to watch the game, but two things: 1.) WTF westbrook needs to give Harden his 17' MVP Trophy, it wasn't right then and isn't right 2 years later. 2.) I would really like to see Harden break Kobe's 81 this year
I think it was Trevor Ariza that called Jim a scoring anomaly. My wife still calls him that. It's very true.
For some perspective, when Kobe scored 81, he played 42 minutes with 46 field goals attempted. Harden scored 60 with only 24 field goals, basically half of Kobe's shot attempts--though Kobe was super efficient as well. Besides that, Kobe only had 2 assists while James had 8. JAMES HARDEN SCORED 60 POINTS WHILE DISHING OUT 8 ASSISTS...IN 3 QUARTERS??? I really think our guy is the better player of the two, but I know mine is the unpopular opinion (outside of clutchfans).
Morey, mda, majority of clutchfans are in agreement with you But not the lofs, haters, and trolls in here
Unfortunately, the haters just dislike the high usage rate that Harden has and label him a ball hog, even though he isn't. I just had a discussion with a colleague this past week and he calls himself a Rockets fan, yet he was saying that James Harden is a ball hog. I had to educate him on the manner.
Went to basketball reference to see where this ranked in efficiency among 60 point games.... Anyone know when did basketball reference limit the stats you can search? I know Efg and TS were stats you once were able to sort through in the player game finder.
If harden was a ballhog then rubio is a ballhog as well. Who does your friend think should have more usage? Westy?
It’s too bad that Atlanta sucks so bad that they couldn’t keep it competitive enough for him to go 4 quarters.
