You must have not been there for the Clippers game 7. TC was so loud you had to scream to be heard.

You obviously have no idea still how loud a baseball game is. I go to rockets playoffs games all the time nd its still nothing to those of Astros games. The floor literally shakes from within at MMP.

It might just be the nature of the sport. I think baseball is a true team sport and that fans turn out to watch their team play, and not just to support a specific icon. Look at how many Oklahoma City Thunder fans jumped ship as soon as Russell Westbrook was traded. On the other hand, Cubs fans have been with their team since day one. Where else can you go to find passionate fans of a team that hadn't won in 100 years before '16? [IMG] I think you'll find across the board baseball fans are more loyal than in most other sports, at least here in the US. It's not just a Houston thing.

Both are loud, but MMP is another story. You have fans that are dressed in suits/slacks and fans dressed in team apparels, guess which is going to scream the loudest. I truly believe we have the best home-field advantage ever for the Stros. Our fields are closed to the field and most importantly closed for all playoff games. I'd be shocked if we open the roof today, today is the best day to open the roof for a baseball game.

That **** only Bc mlb stadiums only bigger. U must either be new to town, or not seen the 94-95 chips. Rockets when it playoff teams have the stadium filled. If nba arenas could hold 43k they’d be right there with the Astros

It only seems that way Bc a baseball stadium is bigger and has more seating. Nba arenas aren’t built to hold 40k people

I had the unfortunate opportunity of going to a couple of Astros game back when they sucked, and my god, the place was so empty...mixing in a dead and incredibly empty stadium with a sport that I already think is boring as hell made for the sh*ttiest of experiences

only reason I put the Astros above the Rockets in Houston is because when the Astros are good, a bunch of people bandwagon and MMP will be full and loud...the Rockets don’t get instant bandwagoners like that...the amount of people I’ve seen rocking Astros gear since 2017 is no joke...they won’t even watch a single game during the regular season, but once the playoffs start, they’re buying tickets and at the games cheering loudly

Isn’t MMP 1 of the loudest playoff atmospheres in MLB? TC? Lol, not a chance in hell...
