Yes, though the bar to expel a Rep or Senator is lower than what you need for a removal by impeachment -- 2/3rds of only the chamber he's a member of.

You ever been on Youtube and seen the Likes and Dislikes (thumbs up or down) for songs? Even great songs often get thumbs down (making me wonder if someone blundered into a genre they don't normally listen to).

I know we're all used to it by now and quite desensitized, but sometimes you have to take a step back to really appreciate what's going on here. The most powerful man on Earth is ****-talking people on an internet site.
