    So, who would win?

I would give the edge to Houston because our 1-2 punch of Dream and Drexler was just as potent as the Shaq/Kobe combo. Neither one of those players could really stop each other, so I'll just assume that they all would get theirs.

I think Houston would win because Horry then was more solid than the Lakers PF combo today, Elie was just as clutch as Rick Fox and on par with him defensively, and our PG combo of Smith and Cassell is better than Fisher.

Lastly, those Rockets could win in any building/environment AND THEY HAD HEART!!!

    What do you guys think?

Then don't freakin' post in them.

Unforunately, I'd probably have to pick the Lakers. 17 in a row is hard to argue against.

1993 Suns vs. 2001 Lakers. All of each teams weaknesses are the strengths of the other team. I think CedCeb over Fox would tip the scales in favor of the Suns though. The could obviously handle a dominating center. [IMG]

That Rockets team would have found a way. Rockets in 7, on the Lakers' home court. Heart is everything, and they had both heart and talent. I believe the Lakers are winning on pure talent at this moment. If they faced a team with heart and talent, it would be all over.

The Rockets would most definitely win.

There was a discussion about this on 610 radio a little while back and most seemed to believe that The Rockets would have done it. The x-factor would be Horry. The Horry of 95 was better than the Horry of today.
