    It seems like this is just the guy's M.O. and he only has that gear. Part of the art of the deal, to him, is closed-door meetings where he likes to play godfather, have people kiss his ring and then he can ask for a certain problem to go away for one of his other patrons. It's so so 20th century outer borough.

    I honestly think the guy believes, "if the door was closed, and we were all on the same page, it's not illegal." Fuhgetaboutit!

    I know people have tongue and cheek called this administration the mafia..... but it really is looking more and more like an organized crime syndicate and not a properly functioning administration.
