Reason Why It Is Possible for us to get Dream here in LA

    Horrt is making 5.2 mil next year, if he is really not returning here, Lakers will not have to pay that 5.2 mil. So Dream has asked 10 mil. That is only 4.8 mil over what they would have to pay anyway. Besides that 10 mil is only Dream's asking price. After negotiations, cut between 10- 15 percent, that is where his bottom line is, I think. 8.75 mil! That could be only 3.55 mil over Horry's wage for Lakers. I would like think that would be very amazing for Lakers. Meanwhile Houston can enjoy CWeb, just like the same fantasy Rudy had for Cato. By the way, how much is Cato making? :)

    I don't understand. If Horry opts out, the Lakers will still be over the cap. How would they sign Olajuwon for anything more than the mid-level exception?
