The best tv is when the main characters family is dysfunctional as hell. Most writers aren't creative enough to pull ideas out of thin air they get the inspiration from something real.
So your logic is as follows: It is proven that corporate families are pieces of sh** -- because this show, which must be based on a real corporate family, (since HBO's writers aren't creative enough to make characters you believe) portrays them as such. Hahahahaha
this show is absolutely hilarious. glad i gave it a chance...it's much more than just watching shitty rich people do shitty rich people ****.
"He ate my F'n chicken......what's next.....is he going to put his c$@k in my potato salad"? "A little Greg sprinkles".
I’m only 4 episodes into this show. But Greg and Tom’s relationship is hilarious. Specifically how Tom acts in general in contrast to how he acts towards Greg.
Great characters.... hopefully the plot doesn't stall out as they can only keep the "who's going to be my successor" drama going for so long. Season 2 was more comedic/light-hearted after a fairly dark end to season 1. This show has plenty of directions it can go with the cast being as versatile. And you hardly notice that every other line from the writers is "**** off"...
I dont know why I have this feeling that season 3 might be a letdown. This show has given me no reason to think that, but I do.
It’s always possible. Season 2 was more of a slow burn with Kendall being neutered/seemingly damaged, and they were able to pivot successfully from the primary plot device from season 1. Now it seems that they’re pretty much back to where they were at the end of season 1 before Kendall went off the deep end. Enough time has gone by for it to still be fresh and like I said before, still plenty of places they can go. But if they do drag this out much longer, and don’t really have a full story arc in mind, there is a chance things will get stale. The writing is great, the characters (and the actors that play those characters) are great and have already shown a **** ton of range in just 2 seasons. I expect cousin Egg’s character to eventually go through the biggest overall change from start to finish… but for now, I’m happy to enjoy the ride.
