i haven't watched a single episode of breaking bad. if i binge now, will i get violently disappointed like throne games?
Skinny Pete ftw No, Breaking Bad ended the show on a high note. One of the more intense final seasons of any show. Game of Thrones was a total dumpster fire at the end
Oh goodness, no. The two of those shows could not be further apart. Breaking Bad is a fine wine which gets better as it goes on. There's no cliff where they jump off and decide to not give a sh*t about what they're doing any more. It is quality all the way through to the bitter end.
i honestly cant think of a series that ended better than BB. they didnt leave anything hanging or do any kind nonsensical game of thrones cop-out. it was truly an ending for the fans.
Breaking bad is a unicorn that lays golden eggs until it dies. It is the diamond standard of story driven visual art. It took me three years to watch season one (pacing/locale) and three weeks to watch the rest. Shows like Lost, Fringe, or alias (JJ Abrahms ADHD riddled **** heaps...) were promising with interesting characters but didn't deliver. The Wire, another great cult show, could be treated more as an anthology, and had a weird last season. This show hits all the checkmarks in story telling. You might not agree with everything but you can still be impressed with the detail and effort they put in everything
The scene where Walter is sitting at the bar, law enforcement closing in, the theme music starts playing in screw, all that’s left is his glass when they enter, cut to black. One of my favorite scenes from anything I’ve ever seen. Gives me chills just thinking about it. I rewatched it about 20 times the night it aired.
For those unaware, the last episode was based on the old Country Classic "El Paso, hence why the last episode is titled "Felina."
lol, me either. Not one episode of Lost either. But I have watched every episode of the Gilmore Girls more than once. I love that show.
