But is it racist? This is the only important question right now. Trump called Hollywood racist and used this movie as the example. Is it racist? Trump says it’s racist and he is the least racist. I am not racist, not a Trump voter. But I do enjoy a robust economy. Jobs.
The movie is not Liberals and it's essentially a remake that has been done several times. The most dangerous game. Surviving the game. That's just 2 of the top of my head.
Smart. It will make more money now. I dont watch many movies but i recall a movie a few years ago that was banned or something that ended up being successful. I am sure this is already trending.
Sometimes it works out well and sometimes it doesn't. See Boondock Saints and Columbine. This seems a lot like that situation. Bet it goes direct to Netflix in six months.

I was afraid that they'd just become part of the background noise of American culture.
It doesn't look any more disgusting than The Hunger Games. I like how Universal tries to make out like it's not a tawdry indulgence in violence by calling it a satirical social thriller.
