    Rangers only 7 games behind Astros. A's are 6. Time to put the All Star break behind them and get going. No time for a losing streak or they could find themselves down under looking up.

    McHugh should be our 2nd leverage guy after Pressly right now. I felt that way before Harris and Rondon sucked yesterday. He's been nothing but filth out of the pen since last season. Nobody trusts those 2, nor should they. Harris has an extensive track record of wilting as the year goes on.

    Definitely something Luhnow should address at the deadline.

    A healthy, productive Joe Smith would slot in well in a series against the Yanks. Gotta get there first, though!

    Hope the fellas right the ship over the weekend. What's the O/U on JV homeruns allowed for Sunday? Ball has been flying out of the park. I heard Sparks on the radio on Thursday that Globe Life Park has played differently after the tornado damage. Anyone else heard that or have more information?
