My assumption is that Ponds washes out (I think even Chiozza is ahead of him on the depth chart) Green is more SF than SG You forgot Rivers and we might still resign, or sign-and-trade Shumpert
One thing is for sure....Morey has done a phenomenal job of building this team. If we can pick up one more 3&D wing, I would have no qualms calling us the favorite to come out of the West. Every team in the West is loaded, but everyone also has flaws. Lakers have health as a huge question mark. Clippers have a question mark at point guard and overall ability to score. Denver, Portland, and Utah are all really nice teams, but none of them have a true MVP-caliber superstar that can elevate them to championship status. It's a stacked conference, but we're deep, we're hungry, and I think now more than anything else....we're energized. LET'S GO!
best i can tell, this guys still rebounds and defends at a high level. We've done well with these kinds of late career big man signings. More recently, Deke and Camby come to mind.
Really good pickup, will be able to spell Capela and not lose anything inside or on the defensive end. Definitely a move that screams "playoff mindset."
I don't like this Chris Paul slander. He was a good player with the Rockets. I think the trade was a necessary gamble, but to pretend that he was garbage now that he is not on the Rockets is uncool, imo.
chris was amazing the utah series. he wasn't any less than James was. James shot under 40% that first seriesto **** on chris like this is messed up
