I need an update: Do we have any money left to offer? What's Shumpert's situation? How are capped after Westbrook? (I assume he officially waved his trade kicker)
THe guys we have to offer in salary matching purposes (shump nene minimums picks aggregable salaries from tpes) aside from our core players (which I’m not sure how much value an expiring Gordon, older Tucker, and a saturated center position Capela) are our movable salaries. I think out of our core guys Capela was expendable but with no great center options he’s be staying. Teams who would Be interested in cheaper salary would be teams looking to shed unneeded salary, duck the tax, or remove players not in their plans. It doesn’t leave you with many player options if we’re not giving up significant player assets. Cursory looks would suggest these teams and players are available and fit with us Atl- Crabbe Bos- smart (for Capela. Not sure either team does it) Charlotte- Marvin Williams and Hernangomez Chicago-OPJ (but they’ve been spending money this offseason and value advanced stats) Cle- love INd- mcbuckets Mem- crowder Iggy Mia-Johnson/waiters/Olynyk Min- Roco(if gsw haven’t indicated they’re ok with him for dlo. They are not spending money) Diop Nyk- Bobby ports For-Ibaka I think those are our targets to round out the roster with the assets we have left.
Joakim Noah was serviceable as a backup for Memphis last year in spots. He could be useful if he is willing to take the minimum and chase a title.
We have TPMLE money still Shump is still available for S&T We are not hard capped (unless we intend to use the NTPMLE)
Why do you guys even want Korver? Dude is washed...then sure, he can still shoot well, but who's going to cover his ass on D? Harden? Westbrook? Both? Lol...we need good defenders and athletes around those two, not other blackholes.

too soon. all depends on if we make another trade or two before the season starts. lets see if they get iggy for shumpert. lets see if ego gets traded. lots of moving parts. hard to tell what we will need in 6 months from now.
If we bring back Faried, I like this team .. If you think about it, we have different dimensions... 7 seconds or less (Westbrook, House), midrange ( WB), Isoball (Harden), Pick n roll ( Harden/Capela) and still have the 3ball (Gordon, Green, Harden)... We honestly should be scarier on offense... Let's bomb em and run em!
