After this off season of absurd player controlled movement this “criticism” rings especially hollow. This is a business and loyalty to team or player died a long time ago. GTFO it.

I think we all get that it's a business and etcetera etcetera. But it's good to have players who truly want to be here. Will EGO still be here when the dust settles? Don't know. Still, can't help but appreciate him (when he isn't looking over his shoulder with Jimmy Butler in player [i.e., last season]).

 

Problem is he"s a top 3 sixth man who we've made the 20th best small forward. He needs to go back to his role ASAP.

I was swimming in the bahamas with EG last weekend and he pretty much said the same thing. He's not worried about being traded. Also mentioned that he wishes Harden would play more unselfish basketball.

 

If thats true, why wont you agree to a contract extension EG.

He’s only human so a natural disappointment in being involved in trade rumors is fine. I think most veterans understand it’s a business and almost no one is untouchable.

Gordon is/was being shopped because he has actual value not in spite of his ability. He seems to be aware of that.

 

if i'm getting paid 10 millions a year, i'd be having fun every day. i won't give a dam if i'm gonna be traded to somewhere else
