    At least we aren't the Thunder. Lost PG for 5 late 1sts.

    What I don't understand if a robot like Kawhi can recruit PG, how come Harden can't recruit another all-star.

    What are you talking about? OKC got a great deal for Paul George. Especially considering they're salary cap situation and where that team was headed. They'll eventually trade Westbrook and will have a lot of pieces for a nice rebuild

    I like how people are salty about the "solid core" the Clippers have.

    These are probably the same people that wouldn't hesitate to negatively label the same players, if they were playing on our team and had a bad game.

    Kawhi is a 2-time Finals MVP (so, proven in pressure situations) and he is one of the best defensive wings in the game, if not THE best. If I was Paul George, I wouldn't hesitate.

    I'd get to team up with a guy who's been there before AND can guard the best player on the opposing team, when that's usually my job. What's not to love?

    they didn't throw any of the core BEV, HARELL, LOU in the deal.

    morey would've been like take them all for PG nope not west he kept assets

    Without Morey Clippers would be stuck paying cp0s hamstrings and we would have had flexibility and a solid core of Harrell, Lou and Bev plus whoever our pick panned out to be. We would be players in free agency. We could have traded capela and started Harrell.

    If you think the Rockets and Clippers were Chris Paul's only suitors in 2017, that's just ridiculous.

    And if you think running it back after a 40-point home loss to the Spurs without Kawhi in Game 6 would have been in the franchise's best interest, that's even more ridiculous.

    If the Clippers still had old CP3 instead of Lou/Bev/Harrell, guess PG and Kawahi would go to the Clippers?

    you're right. God forbid what Morey would do with those late firsts. Probably trade them for cash to save Tilman money. ;)

    What are you on about?

    Kawhi is a better player than Harden, a two time champion as best player and two time finals MVP. He has shown that he can get it done at the highest level by playing team oriented basketball and plays excellent defense. Kawhi doens't need the ball at all times to be successful, in fact he is happy to play off the ball for the benefit of the team. Other superstars also want some time with the ball which you dont get with Harden ISO for 20s of the shot clock. Kawhi is the epitome of a team player if ever there was one
