I just really expected the Bucks to keep everyone, once they resigned Lopez i thought they were done and than this, wow, i'm still kinda shocked.
Man i have to not think about this much cause i always like him a lot and even though i realize we don't have the role and minutes available for him i would've loved so much to get him...
Let me think about this...oh yeah, Dragic, who's coming soon in a 3 team trade that will help Miami get Butler, and than i don't know, maybe we can trade them Capela just to stay out of the tax another year
The Bucks would be in the luxury tax for 4 million dollars. Obviously what happened was that the billinaire owners didnt want to pay and Horst had to make something work as best he could. I am mad, but I am not 100% mad only 90% mad because at least they got a first back. However it's also because I am a general fan of the league so when Giannis soon leaves the Bucks I can still enjoy watchin him play in his new team.
Am I the only one that is kind of ok with standing pat (with whatever additions we make) while the major talents of the league are dispersed? Butler and Kawhi still up in the air...just hoping for the Lakers to strikeout on them. We will pull our usual waiver wire BS and improve slightly in the middle of the season. A healthy CP3 and Capela (in the playoffs) would’ve changed a lot of people’s tone. We have a good team as constructed. Lots of these teams are justing throwing **** at a wall.
This contract (and the trade of the draft picks to get it to boot) is going to bite Indy square in the butt.
Hell of a defender, too. But he's had it easy on offense being a third option. He'll get more attention as the #2 option in Indy - should be interesting.
