So that's all the fireworks? So Rockets doesn't want to use MLEs again this year just like last year. All the decent free agents are being taken 1 by 1...and our team is so good that we don't need none...or just that we only need leftovers.

Rockets were willing to give Butler max contract but do not want to use MLE to improve on the rebounding woes or athletic & height defficiency.

Hey, just read this board a little. Obviously this is a 60 win, #1 seed team already.

LOL not mine. I'm not even a Rockets fan. But that's what people here keep telling me. Go check out the "What the Rockets have left" thread.

I thought I heard we would only be hard capped at the apron if we received a player via sign and trade, not if we sent one out via sign and trade. Need Bima.

No! F Iggy, he’s quite the arrogant prick and no way you give up that much for an old fart who probably won’t replicate his GS playoff performance. Give me JaMychal Green or Morris instead.

We need to focus on players whose career arcs are still on the upswing. We’re already the oldest team in the NBA I think. This is like reason #2 i was against the Butler acquisition from the get go.

Ideally yes but these players are either tied down and not available for trade or will be offered more money than we can with out cap situation. Everyone wants good young potential.

    Highly doubt that:
    Hartenstein 21
    Capela 24
    House and Rivers 26

Clark, Edwards and Chiozza are all very young but not rotation.

Rivers is really young, thought he was actually 29-30.

He screwed us over once already. He did it by using us as leverage to get a higher paycheck from the warriors. I rather not snt

Where’s the option: pointless since he’s going to LA?

Might rather have Jae Crowder & Kyle Korver
and then there's Avery Bradley & CJ Miles

Memphis is prime for picking with Iguodala, Crowder, Korver, Bradley, Miles, maaaybe Kyle Anderson

1st for 56-year old Andre Iguodala? LOL

Some of the complaints have merit...but you don’t think a season of reasonable health, no Melo-drama and a settled coaching staff is worth 7 wins?

Let alone having rivers and house for more than half the season...maybe someone else on MLE...

    That’s not even a stretch.
