Lol with everyone going to the East, we are still a top 4 team in the west. Still behind GS and if Kawhi goes to the Clippers probably behind them as well. Lakers could also jump us if they get Kawhi. At worst 3rd best in the west and probably at least 2nd best. Yeah Utah and Portland got better, still think we are better than them though.
They're irrelevant now. CP3 has an awful contract and their absolute peak is losing in the WCF. Just rebuild this team and take the assets from the Harden trade. If Morey is such a genius, he could do it.
Harden has single handed lay kept this franchise relevant for the last 6 years. Only one season under Harden this team has had less then 50 wins and never missed the playoffs. Harden has the most win shares in the league in the last 5 years. Even if you rebuild you will never get a player of his calibare

This forum would actually be more calm if they traded harden. Seems like posters here would just rather the rockets go back to the Kevin martin and Luis Scola rockets. Have a team full of role players that you know ain’t gonna **** so there are no expectations.
You can't. Also, while those are literally the only two players in the entire league that I would even hesitate with, I wouldn't.
Trade harden, be in the lottery for the next 5 years, and hope we can get a player half as good as harden. Then if that player maybe even gets to all nba 3rd team level, we’ll just **** on him if he doesn’t win a title.
I still wouldn't trade Harden for Giannis or Kawhi. Put those 2 in that Rockets team the season just gone, I doubt those guys help the Rockets get in the playoffs. But these Harden haters forget all the amazing things he's done for the team.
