thats my whole apprehension on giving 2 starters + what little assets we have (pix) for Butler...
Take Rivers, Faried and House out of the mix last year... and we are in a world of hurt throughout the season... and 2 of those were dependent on their other team buying them out - and the 3rd was a guy on a 2 way min contract... lol

and I believe Ariza was told we didnt want him back... iirc...

Loaded for teams with cap space.

Please let me know about all the other big name free agents we've been linked to.

I don’t think he has one. My guess is, if the Rockets miss out on Jimmy, you’ll probably see them go after DeAndre Jordan, some wings like Cheick Diallo, Aminu, or Glenn Robinson, etc. That’s about it.

This is Morey we are talking about, of course he has fallbacks.

    Multiple ones no doubt.

    Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

Think MCW-like.........6’7” , but shot 18% from 3 last season.

I like RHJ too but he's far from a star acquisition.

    Yep

    MCW............................RHJ
    6’6”................................6’7”
    26.3 (3P%)...................18.4 (3P%)
    4.8 pts...........................8.9 pts
    2.5 TRB........................5.3 TRB
    14.7 PER......................12.5 PER
And who cares. Lol. No money to match what House is going to be offered, or for Faried, or for Austin Rivers.
But we can run back Harden/CP3/Eric Gordon/Tucker/RHJ/GG/Shumpert/Capela/Hartenstein/Gary Clark/Ponds.

    Just venting.

Stanley Johnson and Chieck Diallo are slightly better 3pt shooters than RHJ.

    But RHJ is stud defender.
