He's still on pace for a lower BA by about 20 points. Not that it matters as much as other stats these days. And his SLG is down from 2017. Just saying, we need to clear some $$$ after this offseason because pitching will be an issue we need to address for 2020 and beyond.
Not being a hater, we take all the offense we can get, from whoever. Just stating a fact, and pitching remains a big need, considering (most of) our recent games, and injuries. Curious to see how we approach that next offseason, we will likely have to spend some good $$$.
Somebody did a crappy scouting report to our benefit. I mean, you don't even need those splits in front of you. Look at this home run he hit just three games ago. It's an even harder pitch, and he not only gets around on it but keeps it 20 feet fair. There isn't another player in the league right now that can do that.
Narvaez is not great at framing a pitch. He pulls the glove way back on the close pitches. So far ump is pretty consistent.....
Reddick with a clutch hit (actually, ruled an error) to cut the lead in half! ETA: Jake for the lead!!!!!
