Besides Kryie to Brooklyn, Kemba to Boston is being reported about as certain as it gets. Not that it's a sure thing, but given that nobody has a clue what Kawhi, KD, Horford etc will end up doing I think there is fire to go along with that Kemba smoke.
Probably for the Memphis pick they own. If its just the Celtics pick doesn't seem like that great of a value to then offer Philly. Trading 2 or 3 starters for 1; what could go wrong?
Clint should be happy if that is true. While the Celtics dun look like a tier 1 contender, they are still a playoff team and Top 2 team in history.
Don't think Horford would be coming here, if it's part of the same deal likely a three way with Horford going to another team

if true celtics would be a great situation for Capela. he will have a coach thats good in maximizing young players talent and is defense oriented. morey with all his treating players as mere assets usually make sure that the assets he traded land in a good team and situation.
That's the weirdest knock on Morey. If this trade goes down, Morey's a cold-hearted asset flipper, while Ainge is a genius who also gets the best guys for his team.
I think at the end of the day , if it's truly a players league ... then you have to help a FA get to his preferred destination . It sends a signal of what type of FO you have and makes players want to play for you . Also , I wouldn't want to make enemies out of GM's If you aren't willing to do a trade that will make all 3 teams better off than if the trade didn't happen because one of the teams is in your conference it's gonna be hard to work with other GMs lol
Clint to Boston seems very likely. We'll see how it shakes out. The Celtics need to replace Horford. Capela's deal is friendly. He would have fast PGs to lob him the ball (Rozier? Smart? Walker?) And Clutch surmised that Daryl's hinted fall-apart-draft-night-deal would have been Capela to Boston. They've just had to find another route (draft pick)?
While Harden and CP3 were god send gifts for Capela, and Hakeem working with him, Celtics are a historic team that could further help expand his game. And the East is still weak.
