Paul and “Tuck” have known each other since they were both 10 and growing up in Winston-Salem and Raleigh less than two hours away in basketball-rich North Carolina. And Tucker, Paul was quick to point out in a slight exaggeration, “was the same size then as he is now.”

They were teammates on the same AAU club and, Paul said with a quick glance Tucker’s way, were supposed to go to the same college although that didn’t pan out.

“A true love story,” Harden deadpanned on the dais. “It’s cute.”

    harden's jealous :D

Harden might be a reason but CP's relationship with Tucker is more of the reason.

harden was already one of the greatest players of his generation and just entering his prime, so him recruiting someone is obviously considered seriously. tuck was close with paul and that was also a huge consideration. but my initial post still stands true that harden did recruit tuck. whether it was 90%, 50%, or 10% we can't know. maybe we should dm tuck and ask :D

I hate that we get more excited in the back half of June, then in the front half of June. Hopefully this is the one back half to change them all.

That's not a great way to judge defense.

How many rotations did he miss or blown assignments?

That stat alone has no meaning. He averaged a little over 9 minutes in the 6 games he played in the playoffs. Any stat will be overrated with such a limited MP. Out of the 6 games, his defensive rating on 3 of the 6 was 102, 119, and eyes bleeding 132 against his ONLY game in GSW series. His defensive rating in the last game in the UTA series was 58. That's incredible, that should get the attention of the world! But wait... he only played less than 3 minutes in that game! See how that works? You're a joke for even saying his "defense was really good in the playoffs".

If Kawhi ends up with the Lakers, it literally doesn't matter what the Rockets do. They aren't beating that roster.

That roster is a legit contender

It's also a injury away from being way too thin .

Injuries can always play a factor just ask the Raptors. Anthony Davis hasn’t been a beacon of health either. Lakers have potential but you don’t give up the pursuit because of what happens on paper.

Kawhi, LeBron, and AD, and 12 scrubs. And if LeBron just "feels a pop" again?
