Rockets Curse

    Is it just me, or does it seem like a disproportionate number of season ending injuries to players occur when playing against the Rockets?

    On the current Warriors squad, Bogut had a major injury playing against the Rockets the year before he joined the Warriors. Same with Cousins. And Durant’s Achilles injury also originated in a play against the Rockets.

    Our other major rival, OKC, lost Robertson against us.

    I’m wondering if there’s a record somewhere of season ending injuries and what the distribution is, by opponent. I’m not suggesting anything dirty is going on, to be clear.
