    Really excited for this. Haven't bought a jersey since I got a red Landry with one of the terrible late 00's cuts.

    The reason why fans didn't like it initially, I believe, is because of the bagginess style of the early 2000s...now maybe a little redesign but that jersey is a classic.

    They’re keeping the black Statement jersey. A clear sign the new Association (white) and Icon (Red) is probably a re-color of the Statement “Gemini Rocket” template. I’d expect Rockets in the same arched font as Houston on the Statement jersey. Maybe even making this years Earned double-red the Icon jersey.

    I feel like the rocket organization is missing a real chance here to reach out to its fans. Both reconnecting with and reinvigorating a fan base that’s been asking for some changes for a while.

    That is, make it a contest. I’ve seen uniforms on CF a plenty. Have a social media vote on whose fan-created Jersey they’ll roll with next year. They’ve turned beloved jerseys into pajamas and the most plain things you’ve ever seen. To the point that just k8nda plain black jerseys are now the favorites? Come on....

    Let us do it. Let us inject some H-town v8be and culture into our team.
