    You really think he was going to trust Magic to bring talent to this team? LeBron is a very very smart dude. Everything he’s done has been calculated twice over. If the Lakers were to win a championship again it would be on the shoulders of young superstar talent sprinkled in with a little LeBron. James would still get credit regardless if he was the best player or not. If anything Magic probably messed things up with his bit mouth. This isn’t the 80s where his soundbites are eaten up as gospel by the media anymore. He doesn’t have the same cache with the younger generation.

    Truer word have not been spoken PJ is the heart of this team LBJ doesn't want to be here.There has been a lot of talk about kuzma and ingram don't want ingram although Kuzma would fit in the old ariza spot perfectly still don't see this happening.

    I don't think there's any way the Lakers trade LeBron or LeBron wants out of LA, but if what those two reporters are saying is accurate, it will put the pressure on the Lakers if they fail in free agency to unload their young talent for an established star.

    Obviously it would bring up some Chris Paul gossip, but I think some team around the league would bite for a collection of their younger assets (Washington and Beal?).

    Washington is definitely on a reset mode. They'll take anything they can get that doesn't smell like cancer in the locker room. Young and tank is the way they go.

    Lebron is not coming to HOU in a trade with Harden still on the roster, and Lebron is not winning any titles here with CP0 and a crew of limited role players. This is an embarrassing trade proposal. What a joke...

    I think New Orleans would be more enticed to trade Davis here given the push from him. Lebron wants to be in LA to watch his son play.... New Orleans could get a nice haul for Davis given :
    Capela
    Zion
    Tucker
    Gordon
    Holliday plus first round picks
