The Raps have been fun to watch in the playoffs this year. They play how I wish we would play. Instead we pound the air out of the ball for 17 seconds :(

Siakam, even if you just ask him to do what Capela does (rebound, roll to the basket) can probably do a better job than Capela on that front, already.

Then you add in all the intangibles, and Siakam > Capela.

In fact, the only thing Capela has on Siakam is height and wingspan. And even that is pretty much a wash.

Nah bro Dantoni should have gone for his All Star Center Kenneth Faried.

i want Raptors to win. kawhi will most likely sign with Toronto if they win. west is tough enough. don't need to add Kawhi to the west..

Harden has rare games below 23 however thats also because he has an insane usage rate. How games Harden had over 25 pts but at 30% FG? Kawhi only had 23 because he realized he was shooting bad at 37% FG and stopped shooting, instead he concentrated on defense and being active and he was +11.

Harden is always disengaged when Cp3 is running the show, it's like they are always taking turns and the other dude disappears on offense. His last game he had 35 but was -10.

Me too. Until they beat the Bucks. That woke me up to how good they really are this year.

Capela and CP3 deserved most of the blame but that doesn't mean Harden played flawlessly. There were times when he just threw the ball away and let players got past him with ease due to lack of focus/discipline.

All the Raptors players stepping up individually and are completely locked in, huge credit to them for taking it to the warriors.

All that being said we have yet to see the Warriors' best, and they will be back better in Game 2. But with the Iggy and KD injuries, we may never see their best and that gives the Raptors a huge chance.

What's a trip is that the Raptor's win at home will be considered an upset.
Maybe if Oakland loses the series, Durant will look elsewhere this summer, like a city where a good friend plays.

What still kills me is Tilman pulling the plug on this team mid season to reset a repeater tax that was not going to appear for a couple of years.

Reason? Because there was nothing that would "move the needle".

Ask yourself what Tilman would say if he was offered the opportunity to swap Valanciunas with Gasol. If he'd consider that moving the needle.

I'm surprised that Warriors didn't use their deadly Green and Curry pick & roll play.

Looks like a series to me. Leonard will have bigger games. Raptors have size. Iggy may be out next few games. That is big. Curry had a great game. I predict that this game gets in the Warriors heads. This is going to be a great series for the fans.

Lol. If you replace Capela with one of the Raptors long, athletic wings or Serge Ibaka, the Rockets win that series. That’s why I find this talk of blowing up the team to be shortsighted. Morey needs to move Capela for a 3, 4, or 5 that is playable for long stretches against Golden State or sign one with the MLE. That’s it. Heck, the Rockets may have won the series if D’Antoni would’ve given Capela’s minutes to Rivers.

We gonna talk about Siakam's offensive game, but his defense was just as impressive.

4 top notch defenders. When we were running with Tucker, Ariza and Moute we looked like monsters. We were supposed to believe that Tucker/House/Shumpert is just as good.

We don't have 4 top notch ANYTHING. Not 4 top notch scorers. Not 4 top notch defenders. Not even 4 top notch rebounders.

The Warriors are an excellent defensive team but not a historically excellent defensive team. The Raptors are going to compete with these guys because they are the best defensive team the Warriors have ever faced. They will not need to be as offensively good as us to win games.
