PC Problem: RAM?

    My machine has started to reboot on its own. Not many other issues, other than a periodic program crash that gives what looks like a memory error. Disks ok per check disk.

    Is there a good memory diagnostic (better than what occurs during boot-up)?

    did you do a virus scan?

    One of the last major viruses out there caused people's systems to reboot.

    Yeah it was a Blaster virus variant.

    Thanks, but I'm up-to-date on Norton and all Windows patches. I also searched the registry, no such entry.

    I havent used it, so I cant speak for its reliablity or ease of use...but reading some other users comments, they seem to have liked it..
