The GS Warrior had became the NE Patriots of basketball and the NBA integrity is compromised!

    My brief take..

    Firstly, the Golden State Warrior has become the New England Patriot of basketball. Anyone with me? They cheat and get the benefits of most of the calls. Its a sad state to be in and true fans of the NBA are screwed. I stop watching football b/c of the Patriots and I will stop watching basketball after this season is over. The NBA integrity and honesty was tested, and so far nothing is done about it (Warrior).

    Secondly, the Rockets did not choke in this series. They are clearly the best team in the league for the last two years, where the refs and GS cheating ways(KD) got in the way of the Rockets ultimate goals. So f****** unfair and deflating. I will start watching the NBA again, after the league start cleaning up its act and bring back some integrity, honestly and equality. The game itself has turn to s***. It has becomes a 3-pt shooting addiction, where mid-range shot is completely abandoned. Charles B say it best, the mid-range shot win you more games, is a higher % shot, more efficient and takes less energy. Blame Steph Curry and Klay Thompson for ruining the integrity of the game.

    Finally, those who think Harden is inferior to Lillard saying he doesn't come through in the clutch, are you guys watching this Portland/GS series? Lillard is getting exposed worsed then Harden did. Please do not disrespect the beard. That is all. Thank you and I will see you guys after the NBA go back to the glory days of old (Jordan/Kobe/defensive era).

    So you are complaining about the current dynasty getting favorite status by longing for previous dynasties that people complained had favorite status? You are complaining about 3 point shooting, as a Rockets fan?

    People threatening to stop watching the nba are just like people threatening to move after any presidential election.

    I too miss the days when the Bulls or Shaq/Kobe Lakers were dominating and they were universally loved, no one claimed they got league or referee favoritism and everyone was happy.

    The Warriors ruined the 50+ years of no one complaining about the refs.

    Even Marc Jackson mentions the illegal screens not being called. It is what it is.

    It seems that any playoff opponent the Warriors face will not get the crucial calls down the stretch in most situations.

    I am a Harden fan, but we can't rag on Lillard by comparison when he says a couple of separated ribs (allegedly).

    Except, NFL ratings are getting absolutely slaughtered while American emigration rates are roughly unchanged. People threatening to leave the US because of politics are a tiny minority of extremely stupid people.

    This situation is different because knowledgeable fans have known for a while the NBA is compromised, and the average fan is beginning to see it. Ratings will follow, just like they did in the NFL.

    The Warriors beat us because they were the better team with more then ISO, step back contested 3's and complaining to the refs more then playing...they play elite defense and have two of the best shooters ever. They play team basketball and I Admire their skill...every team trys to get one over on the Refs...CP3 and Harden are master's at this...if we ran the offense from last years team we would have had a chance...

    Don't think they cheat (more like a cheat code) but do get the benefit of calls (or maybe in some cases, non-calls).
    Signing KD was a perfect storm or perfect timing.

    It’s worth noting that the league during the 70s parity era, was not in a good place financially or reputation wise. Hell, as recently as 1981 the finals were on tape delay after the 10pm news.

    With a take like this, I'm happy you will leave basketball so I don't have to read such nonsense. This is one of the silliest and whiniest rants I've seen. Curry and Thompson ruined the integrity of the game because of 3pt shot, while Morey is in the forefront of 3pt revolution? KD "cheated" by joining the Warriors? This post doesn't make any sense.
