Hasn't Harden already alluded to not wanting to play isolation-heavy basketball in a conversation with Steph this season?

Maybe we see the resurgence of the 7 seconds or less offense. Or at the very least, the return of a (very deadly) Harden mid-range game.

To me the style offense they currently play is to easy to guard in the playoffs, something needs to change.
This is the exact same problem that the Phoenix Suns had when trying to get past the other elite teams in the west.
They had a similar MVP point guard in Steve Nash and did the run and gun style where they shot a ton of 3s and layups but year after year they always faltered in the playoffs.

2004-05 (62-20) Lost in the WCF to the Spurs - Steve Nash league MVP
2005-06 (54-28) Lost in the WCF to the Mavericks- Steve Nash league MVP
2006-07 (61-21) Lost in the WC Semis to the Spurs- Steve Nash should have been MVP but finished 2nd in voting
2007-08 (55-27) Lost in the WC 1st round to the Spurs - Mike D'Antoni fired as head coach at the end of the season by none other than Steve Kerr...
