I had to get mine done last year; went to the big place in Rosenberg. All I needed was my old ID, and filled out paperwork that was already there. They moved so fast they called my number before I was done with the paperwork so had to jump back in line. I think it was just retaking your picture and pay a small amount. Took about 10 minutes.
So on their website they listed they were open but they closed at 12 today. It would be nice to let people know about stuff like this.
Is it common to get a notice saying you can't renew online, but it does go through , both online and by phone, after trying it?
