    3 ORB + 1 DRB = 4 TRB in 8:53 last night

Other nights haven't been quite as productive on the boards, but he's had a significantly positive +/- in each game.

It actually seems pretty simple to me. Go with the flow of the game for most of it (meaning youre fine with whoever ends up on Durant each possession). If he gets hot and one of Curry or Klay are on the bench you double the heck out of him.

When it gets crunch time, though, you go with CP3-Rivers-Gordon-Harden-Tucker... naturally, they either try to get Harden or CP3 on Durant. You live with it.

People think we lose rebounding with Capela on the bench but he will end up either guarding Curry or Durant on the perimeter, so he wont be able to rebound anyways.

Must start Tuckwagon vs Hamptons 5. Bring in Clint against their subs.

The whole team needs to hard box out and rebound like last game. Although Tucker comes up with big rebounds, it’s all 4 or 5 Rockets on the court who need to be active in rebounding, only Gordon and Rivers were are worst 2 rebounders.

I would just add he is one of 2 warriors able to guard Harden without a double team. So yeah, he is key against us.

Tbanks for tbe stats. Im a big Capela fan. Im at a loss for his ineffectiveness but having few post moves catches up against the Warriors. He actually is good on perimeter defense but ineffective everywhere else.

P.J. is great defender against them cause their bigs play outside. You do need a rim protector but Capela gets caught on the perimeter while they drive.

You need your big to punish Draymond offensively to make them adjust. Gordon punishes them driving

The problem with how we have played Capela is that we have not used him to batter Donkey as hard. If we established an early game mismatch with the lob and roll/rim attacking like in other games Capela would be overpowering in spurts. Instead they are able to use Donkey to make him less effective and he never gets in foul trouble. This why it is so important to be overly physical with Donkey. We really haven't done that. Capela at the start is the most important to get going because it sets the physical tone. We can always use him hard in spurts and then use Rivers for the small ball lineup. If they get torched and manhandled by Capela they may have to substitute for longer periods and we can take advantage.

I don’t know if I’d say that Capela is the worst 5 we could have on the floor against Oakland, but absolutely agree about Iggy’s impact for GS. He’s been exceptional. Pretty remarkable for a guy his age. He’s been able to play a lot more minutes than I might have expected before the series. Another thing I like about the guy is that he isn’t a dirty player, or to put it another way, a player that’ll play dirty if he sees the cheap, physical fouls won’t be called, which is what Green does. Green doesn’t need to play that way to be effective, but he does anyway. Iggy? He plays the way you should play in a series like this. Tough, but clean. Wish we had him.

Both Curry & Harden have been play well under their regular season level in playoffs, not just this series, but playoff in general for the past few years.

Obviously, teams have more time to prepare to defend in playoffs, which makes it harder to score, but there are other players who gave equal, or even better performance in playoffs, so you cannot use that as the excuse.

I won't call those two choker, but they certainly are not good in playoffs.

With CP3, Harden, Rivers and Gordon forget the switching just give whoever Curry is guarding the ball and let him drive.

Curry has been very foul prone, and we have 4 guys who can get to the rim. Rinse repeat.

Capela can’t get the lob pass because he’s getting pushed around in the paint. He needs to be great every and a lot more physical playing against Green. With Nene, Green can’t even begin to move this guy. He’s just too damn big and strong. Would love to see Nene knock Green to the floor.

Capela played great in g3, I think you give him a chance here in g4 to see if he can finish with a positive net rating. Rivers should definitely get mroe playing time now that House cant seem to see the court and probably wont for the rest of this series.
