Teams were valuing 7th round picks this year as the draft was deep at the end. Texans are thin at WR and real RB and taking a flyer there was more important than selling tickets to TrumpTrash Aggies.
This makes no sense. Most 7 round picks are not likely to make the 53 man squad. Practice squad maybe. Gillaspia has better odds than most 7 rounders, since the Texans drafted him for his Special Teams play. It will be a bonus if Gillaspia can be a thrird down pass blocking back (given the **** shape of the OL).
