    what was his name? ben collins? i just thought it would be a good time to remind him of what he said. did he ever recant that stupid statement?

    maybe we should flood dick vitale's email while we are at it too. just remembering some of the stupid stupid comments that were made before yao came out with these people even looking at any of his video.

    No I don't think he ever did. That dudes a complete tool. His 'journalism' is about as credible as anyone on this BBS. He was just a little kid that wrote an ignorant article based on his own uninformed bias. Its just like someone here writing an article about how Shaq sucks even though everyone knows he's one of the most dominant guys in the league.
    If you look on his mavstalk board, you'll see that most other posters don't even take him seriously. We shouldn't either.

    Exactly. The last time we had the entire BBS going after some 13 year old kid that liked his team - it was hysterical and pathetic at the same time. I think that thread got locked down for being stupid beyond belief - I don't remember.

    He's not important enough to piss me off, but I was so happy when Tony Kornheiser got trashed after that Laker game on PTI, that was one of the greatest moments right there with Barkley kissing donkey.

    This makes me think of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. I can just imagine everyone that was riled up over this article finding his address, renting a plane to pick everyone up on, going to his house, and beating him up.

    He's just a dumb kid... leave him alone. I can't believe people are willing to send death threats for some stupid yet unimportant comments like these. For all the "China votes," we here in the good ole US of A sure take Yao pretty seriously.
