I wonder if he'll go to the locker room at halftime to give the warios a pep talk when they are down double digits.
would be great to have the following b****es lined up for faried and nene to go to work on: reggie foster malloy kerr donkey bogut curry myers lacob ellison (larry)
I would listen to Reggie Miller on every regular season and playoff game if we never had to deal with Foster or Tony Brothers again.
To be fair, last season during the WCF, Miller and CWebb were bellowing, "How is that not a foul?" whenever the Dubs were pulling their Bruce Bowen tactics all game. Of course, after the game, Miller whipped out his ready-made "once again, Harden fails in the playoffs" speech which he had written before the game (and why not? one All Star against four). But during the game, he was very vocal against the Fosterizing of the Rockets.
If you're an old enough Rockets fan, you remember the years of "failure" in the playoffs by Hakeem and co. before winning it all. The game 7 loss to the Sonics, in overtime, was about as gutted as I've ever felt as a sports fan of anything. Maybe that and the Oilers-Bills game are tied. Probably because I was a young teen and sports was the 100% bomb to me. But the point is, backs have been way up against the wall before. It's not "easy" for everyone and every team. It'd be GREAT if it was. If the Rockets had built the dynasty, that'd be great. But they haven't. It wasn't easy for Hakeem. It wasn't easy for Dirk and the Mavs. Heck, Lebron couldn't get over the hump until becoming a villain. KD couldn't get over the hump. Game 7 overtime loss to the Sonics. Going down 0-2 the next year, with HCA, blowing huge second half/4th quarter leads. Back against the wall. That adversity is what made Clutch City, Clutch City. Broadcasters don't impact the players. But either way. Can't get a fair shake by the refs. Signed Scott Foster to the game. Against a superteam. Your superstar is as hated as beloved.... especially by the broadcaster calling the game. Man up. Stop b****ing. Play the game.
