We can add as many as 4 players till next season starts.

I thikn we have a bit to go through till we compare ourselves with anyone....

Currently, our PG is just as good as theirs, our PF is better, our C is better, and our SG is better......

If they are a team in decline with everyone abandoning ship, let's give them all our first round draft choices and Cato for Lewis and they can rebuild.

When you look at the teams in the NBA you will see that there are some similar developments going on in the clubs.

We just like Seattle won more than half of our games and did not make it to the playoffs.

We have some young players that will have to carry the team next season in Francis, Mobley, Taylor? and so on.

Seattle have the same situation with Lewis and Patterson and that point guard dude.

We have an aging center so do they!

So who do you think will be better next season and why?

(obviously we will but try to answer anyway)

Houston will have the better team because ...

    A) Ewing is a free agent, and Seattle doesn't want him back even if he wanted to stay which he doesn't.

    B) Payton, and Baker will be traded, and are already being shopped.

    C) Patterson I believe can opt out or is a resticted free agent, and will also be leaving Seattle (so that he can join the MAVS).

Those three reasons are why the Rockets will be better than the Sonics. The Sonics are a team in decline while the Rockets are a young team (besides Dream) on the rise. Plus the Rockets were already better than the Sonics last year, and will just build on that.

I agree with you that we are similiar, but i think we have more skill. Payton, a veteran, with alot of experience, to me is no better than Franchise. Stevie is a hell of a player with only being in the NBA for 2 years. [IMG] I really dont know quite what to say to compare them, but i think that the Rocks are going to be better that the Sonics. And when Webber arrrives here in Houston, we will definetly be better and there is where the difference between the teams will be. :> [IMG]
