ICE brings undocumented immigrant into US, offers no explanation

    If he was illegally here and this was an emotional decision, then no, because I don't let emotion rule my life.

    If he was married to a US Citizen why was he deported in the first place?

    Good question. Something seems weird. More information may come out. Maybe they made a mistake.

    This seems like the relevant part:

    ICE shouldn't be deporting people in defiance of a stay. It seems capricious that they'd fix this man's case and not everyone else's, but it seems to be the rule-of-law answer that you bring the guy back to have his case decided before you ultimately deport him again to Mexico. All the stuff about his kid and his dead wife are irrelevant.
