That would be great. I always liked the guy, except when he was on the Spurs, killing us with the 3-pointer. I know people here might have misgivings about his fiery temperment and how the young guys on the team might wilt under that; but Mario playing 14 minutes a game at the 2 is not a bad deal. Might even convince Dream to play for chump change....? I know I'm jumping the gun, but most of the great teams have a great veteran role player or two. ------------------

I can't see the Rockets bringing back Mario Elie unless Mario is willing to take the bare ass minimum, the Rockets land Webber and need to fill spots. I thnk he may have burned a bridge or two here.
