The NBA has a trade moratorium during ASG break. When does it start/end? End of last game before break and Monday morning 9am? If the Rox were to make a trade I assume it would be after Lakers game but as soon after break as possible.
I never heard about that. I always thought that a lot of trades were actually made there because all the GMs are there.
I think he means you can't announce trades over the weekend, which makes good sense, but plenty of GMs will be talking trade obviously. Any trade the Rockets make will probably come right at the trade deadline, as CD seems to be someone that will wait and wait as long as possible and is hesitant to pull the trigger.
