I thought I heard that on the news, Mango, but I wasn't sure. Kerry looks to be having it all his way. Clark waited too long to get in and tried learning politics on the job. That, and he "looked creepy". It's a shame. I was rooting for him. I'm starting to get concerned that the contest for the nomination is going to be over before most of the primaries. The "race" was good publicity, from this Democrat's point of view. Oh well. Thanks for the heads up.
Deckard, I also had heard it earlier on the news, but didn't have a link to document it at the time.
TOo bad. I liked him and he had potential; he was starting to get it and then Kerry just caught fire, plus the demise of Dean gave him no real foil anymore. Possible VP still though.
Totally. Really good speech tonight, too. I'm guessing tomorrow's will be even better. Kerry-Clark or Kerry-Edwards would be very strong. And either one would win.
oh well, im voting for "anyone but bush" just like alot of people. hell, id vote for sharpton if he was the democratic front runner.
Clark was a Clinton stooge propped up to muddy the waters and ensure a GWB win to bide time until a HRC run for 2008. He did a pretty poor job of it, too. To hell with him.
I may not have been a supporter of General Clark, and I even questioned his political beliefs, but I know one thing for sure about him..... He is a good man, and is 10,000 times more intelligent and courageous than George W. Bush will ever be. Hopefully when the Democratic candidate in the fall delivers a knock out blow to the "bush dynasty" , Clark will have some place in the new administration.
