The only players I am comfortable with in the playoffs are:

Harden
CP
Clint
Tucker
Gordon

The only other player that is reliable and can be counted most nights is Faried is he is heatlhy (I dont know what is going on with him).

The rest of the players, I do not trust . Either too young or too inconsistent or too flawed.

They might give you some good nights but they can very well be duds.

 

I feel the same way. We need them all To stay healthy. If Tucker went down we might still be ok but the others are essential in any series.

I say we are going to all eat the crow you promised us while eating championship dinner.

 

They can do it if everyone's healthy.

Also, they need to figure out how to win without getting free throws. The refs set the precedent for the "just let em play" screw job technique in the Bucks game where they called an absurdly low number of fouls against both teams. You'd better believe that'll show up again at some point in the playoffs.

I was encouraged by their not giving in during the dreaded third quarter against the Nuggets. They even gained points on them, an even rarer Rockets third quarter accomplishment. They've got to stay strong like that in every playoff game.

But, yeah, I think they can do it. Definitely think they can beat the Warriors when that time comes.

 

I think Faried will thrive with his rebounding and pick and roll game when we need to slow it down. Plus he will clean the offense glass

 

Maybe he'll treat us to dinner.

Talked to a guy who trains NBA players in the offseason. Let's just say he knows a lot. For instance, he even mentioned game 5 last year against the Worriers and that just prior to his playoff ending injury, CP3 was killing the Worriers. He also said the Worriers got luck cause we were going to win that series and likely the NBA title.

Regarding the current Rockets, he said if we can play lock down defense, the Rockets have a good shot this year. He thinks the Worriers are a bit in disarray this year and look vulnerable.

I can't give you the name of this person due to privacy issues. Trust me.

 

if the rockets fall short the only team it will be to is GS once again. other than that they'll be beating any other team they face once again
