Should knowledge of us history be required to vote? You seem to not know it.

I would not be too confident that the Repugs on the S. Ct wd not do it to protect Dear Leader and McConnel and their appointers.

Should have to pass an IQ test to register to vote.

    Wonder who this would benefit.

I think that you should be educated on the candidates and policies that they are supporting.

I also know that court costs will never have any impact on my life. I won't worry about people who break the law and then can't afford to pay their fines.

You're entitled to your opinion though as am I.

Whatever candidates you support would lose 1 vote, I know that much.

Do you think only people who have broken the law incur court costs?

Yeah because taking away someone's right to vote if they owe money is really going to incentivize them to pay back that debt...but it will definitely help out one party over the other.

I think we should only allow people with college degrees to vote.

No. I understand divorce and instances like that can occur but you clearly know what my stance is. I'm not trying to exclude those people obviously . Possibly could have worded it better

You're a troll and a poor one. Just look at your history and it's played out in guidelines. Your opinion is meaningless.

    We could go Starship Troopers.

I'd be tempted if they applied this to tax dodgers and removed their speech rights for campaign contributions.

Which is the insidious thing about this idea. Half the citizenry who can vote don't bother to anyway. People know their vote's incremental impact on election outcomes is minuscule. Individuals denied the vote won't work all that hard to get it back. But, the impact for the politicians can be very significant. It's like a fraud that takes a penny from every American -- each victim barely notices or cares, but it would make the perpetrator a millionaire.
