    This is like the Joe Johnson situation last year, where the coach needs time and game to evaluate Shumpert. MDA will play the vet until he knows exactly what he has in Shumpert.

    I say just go with a deeper lineup for most rest of the season and limit Harden, CP3, Tucker, and maybe Capela to 30-35 minutes or less. Figure out what we have with House, Shumpert, Faried, and Rivers for matchups against teams in the playoffs. MDA won’t do it since the full team hasn’t had time to gel. It’s a balance that he’ll need to work out during the season and maybe 1st round depending on matchups.
