Hey! We're largely a peace loving city, but we need something to do besides fight traffic. 300 people a day are moving here. 2.9% unemployment. It's a nightmare that must be taken care of. There's about 100,000 bad drivers I'd like to see move to Katy. Any suggestions on how to do it? You could spend a few hours upwind of Westlake.
