Since the Rockets don't really practice, it benefits the guys that don't play a lot of minutes to practice with the Vipers.

Let me be the first to say that he played pretty good defense during our mini-win streak.

You know D'Antoni doesn't care about the defense. If Clark isn't making 3s for him, he's useless. *sigh*

Sounds to me like Tilman is saving on overhead costs by not having to provide accommodations and meals for these guys. Gets to save a few cents on them not using the locker room showers.

    Tilman is one sneaky guy.

I don't understand this. He played well against Miami. At least keep him on the bench and drop Jones. Or was this a salary cap thing?

Yeah , he passed on a couple wide open shots … gave the ball to Nene with the clock winding down at the top of the key … Nene misses a 20 footer.

Other than that he played very solid the past two games …. I'm thinking Morey told him to go to RGV and shot every time he touches the ball … cause IF he can consistently hit open 3's he's the biggest bargain in the NBA.

Yeah, I don't get it. The kid can give us a few quality minutes from time to time. He can't do that in the Valley.

He will probably be back Friday, I'm sure Rox just want him to get some playing time. Good time to so it right now since we have a two day break.

Offensively he’s not ready yet. When he caught the ball on offense he passed it right away and almost traveled in the process.

He hasn’t played bad, just looks a little gun shy at times. I think the game is still moving much faster for him than everyone else out there also. That said, I hope your reason is in fact why he’s there.

My personal take is he needs NBA minutes, not RGV minutes. Trial by fire. If he survives, bargain for sure because the talent is there.

Just let it fly, Gary. Everyone else does....

This will also be the case next year . We have him on this deal for two more years .

I don't think Clark will add much more for us this year . Shumpert is our plan A and playing a short rotation is our plan B

I'd guess it's just so he can get some in-game minutes.
