This isn't a debate. OKC would present a real challenge over a 7 game series. They are physical and have the length and athleticism to make it tough on harden. Sure WB is a chucker, but PG is going to be a damn problem in the playoffs. They are our biggest challenge outside the warriors.
For sure. The irony is at this point a 2 year contract would be better for him in the long term than hitting free agency this summer. His value won’t be that high this summer. At best he’s getting maybe a 2 or 3 yr at 5 mil per year. If he has a full season with us next year, knowing that most of our moves in the summer will be retaining Faried and Rivers, we’re most likely not going to bring in someone that will hog all the minutes at the wing. Play a full season with us, have your best season to date and then get your money. But I assume there is a little bitterness involved as well, seeing he was hoping to showcase himself the rest of this season.
i'd prefer facing blazers, Harden always has good numbers against them. let worriers to deal with OKC ( 7 games would be perfect)
Paul George wasn't gonna continue making 3's like he's Steph Curry. He's cooled down and they've gone 1-3. Westbrook is gonna do what he does and chuck, they're nothing special. Despite a million injuries to us, and a career season from George they're a measly 3 games better than us. If we're healthy GS is the only team that can beat us. The other playoff teams are all the same to me.
Portland easily, the mere thought of Enes Kanter seeing the floor again in that series should give Rockets fans comfort.
