ClutchFans Game Thread: Hawks @ Rockets 2/25/2019

Harden needs to switch off the "I need to play like this" mode. Rockets don't need him to play like that anymore. At least not today. The Rockets players need to collude to end the streak.. It's time to freeze out Harden.

Harden could have had his 30 playing normally..

 

When the Hawks have to rest their starters...

• Atlanta Fans: "Our bench sucks. We play absolutely no defense, and can't score."
• Rockets Fans: "See how much better we play when Harden sits."

 

they need to have a players only meeting right after this game. and CP needs to call Harden out and show him how to have heart

 

It's frustrating because he says he doesn't want to play that way. But he clearly enjoys it

He needs to focus on effiency over volume.

The rockets would rather have an efficient 25 than an inefficient 30.

 

MDA needs to go back to the big line up!

It's a movement problem. The others on the floor with Harden aren't convinced they're gonna see the ball, so why put forth the effort?

When Harden sits and Paul is in, the others know they will probably be rewarded for their movement. Thus the free flowing system when Paul dominates the ball versus Harden.

 

The Hawks just screwed up a 4 on 1 fast break. Wow.
