We made a good move getting CP3 last year; almost got us a ship but it was a gamble that didn’t pay off. I do wonder though why Paul George wasn’t the top priority that summer? Yes, It was hard to see him getting as good as he is now, but even as he was, it was more palatable handing him the max than injury prone though still great at the time CP3. Imagine pairing this season’s PG13 with Harden and Capella.... This duo truly could have been a modern version of MJ and Pip and would have lasted the entire duration of Harden‘s prime.
