    Nope.

His businesses have filed bankruptcy somewhere between four and six times.

He has been sued for not paying his contractors hundreds of times.

He ran a fraudulent “university” where he defrauded Americans out of tens of millions of dollars and was legally liable.

He has been sued by the Justice department for violating the Fair Housing Act. He has been sued by the Securities and Exchanges Commission. He has been involved in hundreds of suits from the IRS.

He has defaulted in hundreds of millions of dollars of obligations at a minimum.

So no; I don’t think he is qualified in the least.

I think that we are on the same page for the most part but denounce AOC too. We don't need idiots like her influencing people. **** Trump but not in support of her

She's not really in a position to enact her policies. She's in a position to put them on the table. I think most of her policies just need some tweaking. Trump's family gave him that money. His business had to file for bankruptcy, multiple times. I call that being run into the ground. When you can't pay the contractors and workers you have hired, you have run the business into the ground.

Trump hasn't shown that he's particularly good with money at any stage. He is good at marketing and used his huge inheritance and money from his family to help him market. He's been corrupt, fraudulent, and a cheat. Whatever she knows or doesn't know makes her better at finance than that.

I wouldn't vote for AOC (I think I said that in this thread), some of her economic goals are simply not possible. If she ends up running for President I would repeatedly slam her and would end up voting for the Republican nominee. She is just a junior congresswoman at this point. While I know a lot of people that are not even politically inclined that like her (she is very charismatic), I don't think many American's would embrace her economic programs.

Cracks me up reading the excuses people voted for and continue to support trump. Last election, it was because "her emails" and "she was not likable." And now... its because of a junior/freshman congresswoman pushing exaggerated ideas about the environment activism and economic justice.

Just admit you support and will vote for trump. Own it.

Conservatives don’t help their cause when they post BS factoids

    https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-credit/

Frankly, I’m relieved to see politicians like AOC put forward ambitious and liberal economic proposals. For too long, our country has treated conservative economic theories as the baseline rather than as the radical failures that they are. By challenging these and putting forth alternative ideas, AOC is improving the chance that we could achieve an economic policy that isn’t based on tax cuts for the rich and across-the-board deregulation that relieves companies of their responsibility to be good stewards of both their employees and the resources that they use. Limiting their public policy ideas to incremental changes has gotten the Democrats absolutely nowhere, so it’s time to try more ambitious ideas in order to create real dialogues.

AOC is young and receiving more attention than she probably merits, but at the same time, she’s the reason we have people and the media talking about economic realities like progressive tax structures (rather than mythical 70% effective rates) for the first time in my adult memory. That is a huge improvement - she is not allowing conservatives to dictate the narrative of her policy ideas. Even Obama couldn’t manage that.

Like every politician who actually does his/her job (vs self promoters like Cruz who has practically no ideas to his name), she probably will put forward some ideas that are half-baked or poorly conceived. And the criticism she’ll receive over those will be her deserved rewards.

Lol. You've been reduced to this . Why would I call him an idiot and a clown if I supported him? You think that I care about the opinion of some random people on an internet message board? You're clueless. AOC is a clown and so is Trump

Your junior/freshman congresswoman just released the GND that was immediately supported by the majority of serious Democratic Candidates for President.

It's not her. It's her ideas and the unabashed support for them by supposedly serious people that freaks out normal folks. But I recognize that for you, not flying in planes, no more cows, and supporting those unwilling to work is "normal".

I believe that @BigDog63 didn't know the claim about AOC was false. But it should be a lesson to all of us to be very careful about the information we swallow as correct. I know I have been fooled before myself. It always makes me angry at whatever source provided the bogus info.

Well, clearly we need her tax returns (even though that won't tell us her credit score either). (Before people flame me, I am just kidding.)

She isn't qualified to be anything. People unfortunately listen to her though. If you want me to denounce Trump I'll be happy to. (Again)

    Boomer cartoon.

You should appreciate that a lot of Christians don't vote with only their religious beliefs in mind, and have an ability to vote for other reasons.

Agreed but the two aren’t comparable. AOC is probably more qualified to run the country than Trump is.

    And that’s saying something.
