    To his credit he has grown a pair and grown up as a leader instead of the whinny diva he used to be. You see him interacting with all his teammates now and giving them encouragement

    its a rare thing. The thunder thought he was asking for too much and that paying him he'd be lazy. This man has made more money than most people that have ever played in the league and is still trying to take his game to next level.

    Still runs away from the team huddle right after starting line-ups are announced though.
