He played like a roach scrambling for cover when the light turns on.

I have more faith now, rockets will go on a winning streak

Ennis sucks for starters but good for bench. I don't know why

Shumpert likely will play better. He is a better defender, better at keeping his man in front and he can guard 1-3 more proficiently.

Can't say he will be as efficient on offense though.

The reason is not being good enough. A lot of players fall into that category.

Ennis was outclassed as a starter , but had good stretches as a backup energy guy .

Hopefully we don't miss him .

I still think we need a 6'8 defensive guy to deal with KD and Kawhi.

Yeah obviously. But we are expecting to deal with them in the playoffs so I would say our need is more pressing than those other teams

You think Shump can run backwards at full speed while looking at the ball, waving his arms to stop himself from overbalancing? That was real talent, and Ennis could do that several times per game!!!

Ennis is free to eat as many Philly a
Steaks as he wants. He was very light in the Ashe here in Houston.

It was like Ennis was never really here. Poor guy looked lost most of the time.

@BimaThug or anyone else who knows:

Any details on the 2nd rounder that we sent to Philly? Protections? Is it our own pick or from another team?

    Edit: Just found it...

He knew his way to the three point line. Just too bad he could never find the paint except for cherry picked layups.

It is easy to cherry pick for lay ups after defending "no man's land" ! Where the rebounds!

I knew James Ennis gone after news reports had him volunteering at bush airport baggage claim during gov'ment shutdown.

He should have been working on game!

Just WTF at this f***kery of a trade. I was stunned to see this and I still am. I get he's not that good but he was a key contributor to our team. Iman Shumpert is not going to hustle and get those offensive rebounds.
